My job

I have known for about two months that my job is changing. It's been tense because the discussions were behind closed doors and I only had rumors to go on. Today is the day I learned I am changing departments. The funny thing is, my job stays the same. I just report up through a different chain of command. So I did the only logical thing I could think of. I asked for more money.
